Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or participating in CyberBox Prop (the “Platform”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not access or use our services. These Terms apply to all applicants, traders, visitors, and users who access the Platform.

Description of Service

CyberBox Prop is a cryptocurrency proprietary trading platform providing access to funded trading programs, performance evaluations, risk monitoring tools, and trader development resources. Our services include:

  • Trading evaluations and qualification programs
  • Funded trading account access upon successful completion of evaluation
  • Risk management oversight and performance analytics
  • Trader education, guidance, and program support

CyberBox Prop is not a broker, exchange, custodian, financial advisor, or asset manager. We do not execute trades on your behalf, offer investment advice, or guarantee profits.

User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account and, where applicable, participate in an evaluation program. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and truthful information
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Accept full responsibility for all actions under your account
  • Immediately notify us of any suspicious or unauthorized activity

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the program, or engage in fraudulent or suspicious activity.

Trading & Platform Participation

By participating in CyberBox Prop trading programs, you agree that:

  • You will follow all Program Rules, risk limits, and evaluation requirements
  • You will trade only within approved environments
  • You will not exploit technical glitches, latency arbitrage, or system vulnerabilities
  • You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction

CyberBox Prop reserves the right to review performance, enforce risk parameters, and revoke access to funded accounts in cases of violations or misconduct.

Subscription and Payments

  • Evaluation and program fees are billed in advance
  • Fees are non-refundable unless required by law
  • Pricing may change with prior notice
  • Failure to complete payment may result in program suspension
  • Cancelation is permitted at any time; however, no refunds are issued for partial periods

Participation in our programs does not constitute a guarantee of funding.

Intellectual Property

All Platform content, technology, structures, rules, branding, and materials are owned by CyberBox Prop and protected by global intellectual property laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or redistribute Platform materials
  • Reverse engineer Platform systems or tools
  • Remove proprietary notices
  • Use branding or trademarks without written consent

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal or prohibited activities
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other accounts or systems
  • Interfere with Platform functionality
  • Use bots, automation, or unauthorized trading tools where prohibited
  • Share accounts or trade on behalf of others
  • Engage in manipulation, abusive trading, or fraudulent activities

Violation may result in immediate account termination and disqualification from current and future programs.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • THE PLATFORM WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION
  • PROGRAMS OR TOOLS WILL RESULT IN PROFITABLE TRADING
  • PERFORMANCE METRICS WILL MEET USER EXPECTATIONS

CRYPTOCURRENCY TRADING INVOLVES SIGNIFICANT RISK. PAST PERFORMANCE DOES NOT GUARANTEE FUTURE RESULTS.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CYBERBOX PROP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES
  • LOSS OF PROFITS, CAPITAL, OR OPPORTUNITIES
  • TRADING LOSSES OR PERFORMANCE OUTCOMES
  • DATA BREACHES CAUSED BY THIRD-PARTY PROVIDERS OR EXCHANGES

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU IN THE PREVIOUS 12 MONTHS.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CyberBox Prop, its affiliates, employees, and partners against claims, damages, or liabilities arising from:

  • Your use of the Platform
  • Your breach of these Terms
  • Violations of law or third-party rights
  • Unauthorized access or misuse of your account

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts, program participation, or funded access immediately and without prior notice if we believe the user:

  • Violates these Terms
  • Poses legal or financial risk
  • Engages in dishonest, abusive, or harmful conduct

Upon termination, all rights to use the Platform terminate immediately.

Changes to Terms

CyberBox Prop reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Significant updates will be communicated to users. Continued use of the Platform after changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
